About me
My wife and I own a little Italian restaurart in the heart of the Delta. I'm a New England boy and lived in Florida the last 10 years. I've been cooking the last 30 years. Nina is from Oklahoma and has managed restaurants and sings the Blues. We're not your typical spaghetti joint!
My Favorite Foods
Hands down...Sushi! Pacific rim and most anything Asian are some of my favorite foods to eat. Lobster is my favorite single food of all time, but I have to cook it myself. Love New England seafood as well as simple downhome cookin', you don't have to re-invent the wheel all the time. I enjoy to eat most anything that is well prepared and tastes good. I think that my favorite thing to make would have to be soup. There are SO many possibilities, and creativity is key. That's why I like preparing stir-fry as well.
