Pyrohy(Varenyky) Fillings- Meat or Fish Ingredients

2 c Meat or fish 2 tb Butter
1 tb Onion, grated Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions for Pyrohy(Varenyky) Fillings- Meat or Fish

Prepare any leftover meat or fish by grinding it. Cook the onion in the butter until it is tender, and combine it with the meat or fish.
