Impossible Chicken Parmigiana Pie Ingredients

3/4 c Creamed cottage cheese 1/2 ts Basil, dried
1/3 c Parmesan; grated 6 oz Tomato paste
1 1/2 c Chicken; cooked cut-up 1 c Milk
5 oz Mozzarella ; shredded 2 Eggs
1/2 ts Garlic powder 2/3 c Bisquick baking mix
1/2 ts Organo, dried 1/4 ts Pepper

Instructions for Impossible Chicken Parmigiana Pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in the pie plate. Mix chicken, one-half cup of the mozzarella, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste. Spoon over Parmesan cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender on high speed 15 seconds, with a hand beater one minute or until smooth. Pour into a pie plate. Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake five to eight minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool five minutes.
