Impossible Spinach Pie Ingredients
1 Box frozen chopped
spinach
;
1/2 c
Bisquick
1 sm
Onion
; chopped
1 c
Milk
1 c Shredded
cheddar
cheese
1 ts
Salt
2
Eggs
1/2 ts
Pepper
Instructions for Impossible Spinach Pie
1. Grease a 9 inch pie plate well. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. (35o will also work...increase baking time.) In the bottom of the pan, layer the spinach, then onion, then cheese. 2. In blender, combine the eggs, bisquick, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend on medium speed until no lumps remain. Pour over the top of the spinach mixture. 3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until edges are brown and center is set. Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into wedges to serve. Posted to EAT-L Digest by "Sharon H. Frye"
