Quaker Multigrain Ingredients

1 1/2 LB LOAF 1 LB LOAF
1 c Quaker multigrain cereal 2/3 c Quaker Multigrain cereal
1 1/4 c Buttermilk * 3/4 c Buttermilk **
3 tb Molasses 2 tb Molasses
2 c Bread flour Plus 2 Tbl 1 1/3 c Bread flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour 1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Butter or margarine 1 tb Butter or margarine
3 1/2 tb Gluten 2 tb Gluten
3 ts Red Star Active Dry Yeast 2 ts Red Star Active Dry Yeast

Instructions for Quaker Multigrain

* for Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines, add 3 tablespoons more buttermilk. ** for Welbilt machine, add 1 tablespoon more buttermilk. Have ingredients at room temperature (For my Hitachi I will microwave liquids for 1 minute) Place all ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturers instructions. Use Light setting.
