Quakers Tantalizing Baked Chicken Ingredients

1 c Quaker Oats, uncooked 1 Broiler-fryer chicken
(quick or oldfashioned) (21/2 to 31/2 lb),
1/3 c Grated parmesan cheese cut up
1/2 ts Paprika 1/3 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt (optional) 1/4 c Margarine or butter; melted
1/8 ts Pepper

Instructions for Quakers Tantalizing Baked Chicken

Heat oven to 375 F. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process about 1 minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into milk. Coat again with oat mixture. Place in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan; drizzle with margarine. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
