Individual Cheese Cakes Ingredients

1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese 1 cn Cherry pie filling
1 cn Condensed milk 1 ct Sour cream
1/3 c Lemon juice Vanilla wafers
1 ts Vanilla extract

Instructions for Individual Cheese Cakes

Place a vanilla wafer, curved side down, in bottom of paper muffin baking cup. Cream together the cream cheese and condensed milk; add vanilla and lemon juice, mixing well. Spoon into muffin cups over vanilla wafers. Top with sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. When cool, place a cherry and a little cherry syrup on top of each. Refrigerate.
