Individual Spinach Quiche Ingredients

1 pk Frozen spinach souffle, (12 Tart Shells
1 c Shredded swiss cheese, (4 1 pk Cream cheese, (3 oz.)
2 Eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 c Butter, softened
3 tb Milk 1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Curry powder

Instructions for Individual Spinach Quiche

FILLING Combine first 5 ingredients, and stir well; pour into prepared pastry shells. Bake at 350? for 30 minutes. FOR THE SHELL Combine cream cheese and butter; cream until smooth. Add flour, mixing well. Refrigerate dough at least 2 hours. Shape the dough into 24 (1-inch) balls; put each ball into a paper-lined 1 3/4-inch muffin pan, and shape into a shell.
