Inspector Hendersons Eggs Florentine Ingredients

2 lb Fresh spinach; cooked, 2 Cloves garlic; minced and
2 tb Lemon juice 1/2 c Grated Parmesan or cheddar
1/2 c Onion; chopped 6 Eggs

Combine with saut?ed onion and garlic, and transfer to oiled individual ramekins. Sprinkle cheese over the spinach mixture and, using the back of a spoon, make a 1 inch deep well in each.
