=46rom The Cop Cookbook by Greta Garner-Hewitt, Ken Beck and Jim Clark Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min. Preheat oven to 350?F. Season the spinach with the lemon juice. Combine with saut?ed onion and garlic, and transfer to oiled individual ramekins. Sprinkle cheese over the spinach mixture and, using the back of a spoon, make a 1 inch deep well in each.
