Italian Cutlets Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef 1/2 c Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Chopped parsley 3 sl Mozzarella cheese; halved
Flour 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Eggs; beaten

Instructions for Italian Cutlets

Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley. Shape into 6 cutlets. Dredge cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs. Saut?? cutlets in oil until brown and place in a baking dish. Put Mozzarella slices on each cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400?F for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
