Italian Vegetable Casserole Ingredients

2 Zucchini; sliced 1/2 " thick 1 tb Garlic; finely chopped
2 Yellow squash; sliced 1/2" 1/4 ts Dried oregano;
2 Onions; diced 8 oz Low-sodium tomato sauce;
2 tb Butter or margarine; 3 oz Mozzarella cheese; grated

Instructions for Italian Vegetable Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute zucchini, yellow squash and onion with butter and garlic. Add oregano and tomato sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
