Italian Vegetables Ingredients
3/4 c
Rice
1/4 ts
Pepper
1/4 ts
Salt
1/4 ts
Turmeric
2 c Water
1/4 lb
Spinach
6 tb Oil
1/2 c Sliced green
onion
2 tb
White wine
vinegar
4 Crumbled slices crisp
2 tb
Soy sauce
Bacon
Instructions for Italian Vegetables
Simmer rice, covered, in salted water until rice is done. Drain. Combine oil, vinegar, soy, pepper, turmeric. Stir into the still warm rice. TEAR the spinach into small pieces.
