Quiche Lorainne Ingredients

1 Pie crust (9 inch); bake and 1/2 ts Nutmeg; ground
2 Eggs White pepper
2 Egg yolks 1 1/4 cn Swiss cheese; or Gruyere
1 1/2 c Half and half 12 sl Bacon; cooked and crumbled
1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Quiche Lorainne

Combine eggs and yolks, half and half, and seasonings in bowl, mix, Stir in cheese. Sprinkle bacon in shell, gently add custard mixture. Bake at 375? for 25 min or till custard puffs. Serve hot.
