Jalapeno Cheese Bites Ingredients

2 Fresh jalapeno peppers;	1 1/2 c Grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c Grated Monterey Jack cheese	2 tb Minced cilantro

Instructions for Jalapeno Cheese Bites

Combine the jalapenos and cheesed in a mixing bowl, and blend well. Shape the mixture into rounded teaspoon-size balls, about 3/4 inch in diameter, and roll them in the cilantro.
