Jalapeno Corn Casserole Ingredients

17 oz Corn, Canned	1 ts Garlic Salt
17 oz Creamed Corn, Canned	2 Jalapenos, Chopped
1/2 c Corn Meal	1/2 Onion, Chopped
2 Eggs	8 oz Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
6 tb Wesson Oil

Instructions for Jalapeno Corn Casserole

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased casserole. 2. Bake 40 minutes at 350?F. 3. Cover with cheese and put back in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
