Jans Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients

Garlic Clove -- to taste; 1/4 lb Provolone Cheese -- grated
Minced 1/2 lb Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans
1 md Onion -- dice fine 1 lb Mushroom Caps -- whole,
4 tb Parmesan Cheese -- grated Large

Instructions for Jans Stuffed Mushrooms

Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft. Drain sausage mixture. Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
