Janes Rice Pudding Ingredients

4 c Milk 2 ts Vanilla
7 tb Uncooked long-grain white 1/2 c Heavy cream
1 Strip fresh lemon peel 1 Strip fresh orange peel
=(1"x3") =(1" x 3")
1/3 c Granulated sugar Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions for Janes Rice Pudding

Mix milk, rice, and peels in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often, until mixture starts to thicken and starts to stick to bottom of pan. Reduce heat to very low and cook 5 to 10 minutes more. Add the sugar and stir 2 to 3 minutes until dissolved. Cool slightly before stirring in vanilla. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
