Jerk Spice-Olive Oil-Balsamic Vinegar Marinade Ingredients

1/4 c Balsamic vinegar	1 ts Allspice
1/4 c Chopped onion	2 tb Cinnamon
1 tb Chopped garlic	1 ts Ground cloves
1 sm Roasted red pepper	1 ts Coriander
1/2 tb Crushed red pepper	1 1/2 ts Curry powder
1/8 c Lemon juice	1/4 c Olive oil
1/4 c Malt vinegar	1 pn Salt to taste

Instructions for Jerk Spice-Olive Oil-Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

Combine ingredients and marinade halibut fillets or other seafood. You might even want to try it with chicken! Then, grill or pan-fry as usual.
