Ingredients
- 2 c Med. noodles
- 1 pk (175 g) sliced cooked ham
- 2 tb Butter
- 1 c Sliced onion
- 1/2 c Diced green pepper
- 1 cn (10 oz) drained sliced
- 1 cn (10 oz) cream of mush. soup
- 1 ts Prepared mustard
- 1 c Undiluted Carnation 2% E.
Preparation
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Sliver ham. Melt butter in large frypan. Saut? ham, onion and green pepper until vegetables are almost tender. Stir in mushrooms, soup, mustard and E. Milk. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered 10 min to blend flavours. Add noodles, mix well. Heat through. Makes 4 servings.
