Johns Meatloaf Ingredients
1 lb Ground round
steak
or other
1
Onion
; chopped in food
15 Squares
salt
ine crackers;
1/2 ts
Garlic
salt
2/3 c Water
Salt and
pepper
as desired
Instructions for Johns Meatloaf
Mix all and put into meat loaf or bread loaf pan and top with a sauce. SAUCE: about 3/4 cup catsup, 2 Tbs. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp.nutmeg. Mix and pour on top of meatloaf and then bake at 350 F. for about 30-40 mins. till no meat is done. This is very good and all men like it. I take it to all potlucks and everyone raves over it.
