Judy Austins Black-Eyed Peas Ingredients
32 oz Canned
black-eyed peas
1 md
Onion
, diced
3 1/2 oz Packaged sliced
pepper
oni,
1/4 ts Hot sauce
1 md Green
pepper
, diced
2 tb Hot taco sauce
Instructions for Judy Austins Black-Eyed Peas
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings. I did find this in Southern Living, so I hope it doesnt offend traditionalists :-). Recipe by: Judy Austin Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #529 by Nancy Berry
