2 c Longhorn cheese --

Instructions for Julies Baked Egg Casserole
Beat eggs, sour cream and salt until creamy. Fold 1 1/2 cups of cheese, reserve 1/2 cup, and ham into mixture. Pour into greased 9x13-inch Pyrex dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
