Juliet Prowses Dessert Fondue Marnier Ingredients

6 tb Butter 4 tb Grand Marnier
6 tb Sugar 2 c Fresh pineapple chunks
2 tb Flour 2 Banana, sliced
2 c Thick dairy cream Fresh strawberries
1 c Orange marmalade Any other fresh fruit
1 ts Orange peel, grated 1/2 c Pecans, finely chopped

Instructions for Juliet Prowses Dessert Fondue Marnier

In 2 quart saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter. Stir in mixture of flour and sugar. Stir in thick cream and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in marmalade, orange rind and Grand Marnier. Transfer to fondue pot and serve, kepping warm. Spear fruit on fondue fork and dip into mixture. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
