Quick Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry Ingredients

1 Beef; (1-pound) top round 1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c A.1. SWEET & TANGY or 1 Bag; (16-ounce) frozen mixed
1/4 c Soy sauce 3/4 c COLLEGE INN Beef Broth
1 1/2 tb Cornstarch

Instructions for Quick Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes 1. Mix beef, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain beef, reserving steak sauce mixture. 2. Cook and stir beef in hot oil in large skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetables, reserved steak sauce mixture and beef broth; heat to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.
