Kafta Burgers Ingredients

2 lb Ground beef (lean) 1/2 ts Cinamon
1 1/2 c Fine chopped onion 1/2 Pepper
1 c Parsley 8 sl Tomatoes
1 1/2 ts Salt 8 Lettuce leaves
1 ts Paparika 4 Pitas halved crosswise

Instructions for Kafta Burgers

From: Tats Torres Date: Tue, 23 Jul 1996 17:38:29 EST Mix beef, onion, parsley salt paparika, cinamon, pepper. Shape in 8 patties 1/2 thick. Broil and grill 4- 6 " from heat source, turning once, 10-15 mins. (medium-well done) or until done as desired.
