Karels Christmas Mints Ingredients

1 lb White chocolate	4 dr Red food coloring
1/4 c Starlite mints; finely

Instructions for Karels Christmas Mints

Melt white chocolate in microwave, some small lumps should remain. Stir in mints and food coloring until well blended. Pour onto aluminum foil. When cool and set, break into pieces. NOTES: I used more than 4 drops of food coloring to get the pink color I wanted. I have also used green food coloring and Im sure any color would work.
