Kathleens Tex Stack Ingredients

1 pk No-fat flour tortillas Tomatoes
1 cn No fat refried beans 1 cn Greeen chilis
1 Container no fat (or low 1 cn Black beans

Instructions for Kathleens Tex Stack

Spread refrieds on each tortilla to anchor "stuff". Add tomatoes to one, sour cream to one, beans to one, and cheese to one. Stack one on top of other and wrap in foil. Bake 350 for 15 min. or till melted and hot. Top with tomatoes and sour cream. Gaucamole is good also. (ok its not low fat but it sure tastes good!
