Ketchup Meat Loaf Ingredients

3/4 kg Lean minced beef	1 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Soft bread crumbs	1/4 ts Pepper
1 Egg	1/2 c Chopped onions
1/3 c Tomato ketchup	1/2 ts Oregano

Instructions for Ketchup Meat Loaf
