Key Lime Pie Ingredients

2 pk (4-serving size each) Or 1 pt Vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pk (8-serving size) JELL-O 1 Packaged Graham Cracker
Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin Crumb Crust
2 c Boiling water COOL WHIP Non-Dairy Whipped
2 ts Grated lime peel Topping, thawed, optional
1/4 c Lime juice

Instructions for Key Lime Pie

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime peel and juice. Spoon in ice-cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Chill until mixture will mound from spoon. Spoon gelatin mixture into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
