Quick Cranberry Bread Ingredients
3 c
Flour
1
Egg
; beaten
4 ts
Baking powder
1 c
Milk
1 ts
Salt
2 tb Melted
butter
1 c
Sugar
1 1/2 c Sliced
cranberries
1
Orange
rind; grated
1 c Chopped nuts
Instructions for Quick Cranberry Bread
Sift dry ingredients; add rind. Combine egg, milk and butter. Gradually add flour mixture. Add cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool. Wrap in foil and chill before slicing. Makes delicious sandwiches with butter or cream cheese. Delicious buttered and toasted. MRS WAYNE BOLDEN (DEBBIE) MARVELL, AR From the book
