Layerd Ham and Macaroni Salad Ingredients

Cucumber
; diced

rosemary
leaves

Ham
; julienned
1/4 ts
Salt

Red onion
; thinly sliced
1/4 ts
Thyme
leaves
10 oz Frozen peas; partially
1/4 ts
Pepper
-- coarse ground
1 c
Mayonnaise
; (up to 1 1/2 c)
2 Cloves
garlic
-- minced
1 1/2 ts
Dill
weed
1 c Elbow Macaroni
1/2 c
Cheddar
cheese; shredded
4 c
Lettuce
; shredded
Instructions for Layerd Ham and Macaroni Salad
Cook macaroni as directed on package - drain and chill well. In large salad bowl (about 3 quart size) - layer lettuce, cucumber, macaroni, ham, onion and peas. Carefully spread mayonnaise over peas. Sprinkle dill weed over mayonnaise and carefully blend in. Top with shredded cheese. Cover well and chill several hours or overnight.
