Layered Crab Spread Ingredients

STUFFING From stomach to head
5 oz Melted butter 1/2 oz Lemon juice
8 Shallots, minced Butter as needed
1 1/4 c Bread crumbs 2 oz Dry white wine
Juice of 3 lemons Hollandaise sauce
Lemon zest of 3 lemons 2 pk (8-ounce) cream cheese;
1 c Chopped parsley 2 tb Lemon juice from concentrate
3 Eggs, beaten 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Thyme to taste 1/4 ts Garlic powder
Salt to taste 2 tb Finely chopped green omon
Pepper to taste 3/4 c Chili sauce
TROUT1 cn (6-ounce) crab meat; drained
1 Trout, pan-dressed, boned

Instructions for Layered Crab Spread

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese, Worcestershire and garlic powder until fluffy; stir in onion. On serving plate, spread cheese mixture into 6-inch circle. Top with chili sauce then crabmeat.
