1 1/2 c Water 2 c Sugar
1/8 ts Baking soda 1/3 c Cornstarch
5 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
1 Pouch liquid pectin 2 c Water; divided
6 tb Butter or margarine 3 Eggs
1 c Flour 1/4 c Vinegar
1/2 c Pecans; finely chopped 1/4 c Lemon juice
FILLING1 tb Butter or margarine
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; 1 ts Lemon extract
