Layered Strawberry Dessert Ingredients

24 oz No-Fat, No salt addeed, Dry	6 Low Fat, Low Salt Graham
1 lg Lemon, juice of and	Nonstick cooking spray
1 lg Lime, juice of	3 c Strawberries, sliced
1 lg Lemon, zest of, finely	1 pk (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese
1 lg Lime, zest of, finely	1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar
6 tb Granulated Sugar	1/3 c Lemon nonfat yogurt
1 ts Pure Vanilla Extract	1 ts Lemon peel, finely shredded
2 tb Cornstarch	2 c Low fat whipped dessert
2 tb Instant Non-fat Dry Milk	2 Vanilla or chocolate wafers,
2 Egg Whites, Room Temoerature

Instructions for Layered Strawberry Dessert

In a 2-quart clear glass bowl layer half of the strawberries. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon yogurt and lemon peel. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till light and fluffy. Carefully spread mixture over strawberries. Arrange remaining sliced strawberries on top. Spread with whipped topping.
