Make a layer of diced potatoes, layer of hamburger, and a layer of onion in lightly greased casserole dish. Melt small box of Velveeta cheese (no amount given) with at least 2 1/2 cups milk and pour over top. Make as many layers as you want. Bake at 350 until potatoes are tender - about 20 minutes.
