Left over Turkey Ingredients

3 c Baked turkey; cut in small 2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Celery; chopped 3/4 ts Salt
1 md Size onion; chopped 1/2 ts Pepper
1 cn Cream of mushroom or cream Paprika
1 c Mayonnaise Crushed potato chips

Instructions for Left over Turkey

Mix all ingredients together; turn into a 1-1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes or until potato chips begin to brown. Serves 6. From . Downloaded from Glens MM Recipe Archive, http://www.erols.com/hosey.
