Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Cut turkey into small pieces and fry in frying pan until brown. Add cream of chicken soup and one can of water. Simmer. Prepare mashed potatoes (can be instant, frozen or leftover) according to package directions. Top with stuffing. Pour turkey mixture over top of stuffing. Bake covered for 20-25 min. or til heated through. NOTES : Poultry, potatoes and stuffing can all be leftovers if available. It was great for leftovers. I did not have cream of chicken so I used cream of celery and chicken broth instead of water. There is milk in the recipe that was not in the instructions.
