Leftovers in a Bun Ingredients

4 Hamburger buns	(opt )
1 c Cooked turkey or other	1 Hard cooked egg -- chopped
Leftove meat or -- poultry	1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Instant minced onion	1/3 c Sharp Cheddar cheese --
1 ts Parsley flakes	Shredded
1/4 c Salted peanuts -- chopped	Salt and pepper -- to taste

Instructions for Leftovers in a Bun

Place bottom halves of 4 hamburger buns on paper towel lined plate. Combine meat, minced onion, parsley, salted peanuts, egg, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Spread on buns.
