Lemon Barbecue Chicken Salad Ingredients

2 c Cut-up cooked chicken or	3 tb Bacon-flavored vegetable
1 tb Lemon juice	Parsley sprigs
1/2 ts Salt	BARBECUE DRESSING
2 c Cooked rice; chilled	3/4 c Mayonnaise
2 lg Stalks celery; sliced	1 tb Barbecue sauce
1/2 c Sliced stuffed olives	1/4 ts Liquid smoke

Instructions for Lemon Barbecue Chicken Salad

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice & salt. Add rice, celery, olives & barbecue dressing; toss lightly & sprinkle with protein chips & garnish with parsley.
