Lentil Roast (Ovo Lacto) Ingredients

1 1/3 c Lentils	2 c Corn flakes
2/3 c Nuts; grind	1/3 ts Sage
2 c Egg whites	Salt
1 1/2 c Milk; FF	Pepper
2/3 c Applesauce	2/3 c Onions; chop

Instructions for Lentil Roast (Ovo Lacto)
