Les Egg Salad Sandwiches Ingredients

6 lg Eggs, hard-boiled 1/4 ts Garlic powder
3 tb Miracle Whip (NOT 1/4 ts Dry mustard
1 Scallion, minced fine 8 sl Heavy whole-grain breadd (
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions for Les Egg Salad Sandwiches

Mash eggs. Mix in Miracle Whip, scallion, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and dry mustard. If mixture seems too dry add enough Miracle Whip to moisten to your liking. Cover and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours (preferrably over night to mingle flavors). Divide mixture evenly between four slices of bread. Spread evenly. Top with remaining bread slices. English or French cut in half. Serve with potato chips and sweet pickle spears with a glass of cold milk on the side. Source: Original recipe by L.Spencer.
