From: esined@inforail.MV.COM (Denise Gaunt) Date: 2 Aug 1995 18:11:19 -0600 These recipes are from Liberia, Africa Mix dry ingredients together. Gradually add bananas, egg, water, and oil. Blend well. Bake in greased 8-inch by 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 F. until knife stuck in center of cake comes clean. Remove from pan and cool. Serves 4.
