Lime Dipping Sauce Ingredients

1/2 c Lime juice; fresh	2 tb Sugar
6 tb Fish sauce	3 Cloves garlic; minced
6 tb Water	2 Red chili peppers; seeded,

Instructions for Lime Dipping Sauce
