Lincolnshire Tea Loaf Ingredients

1 lb Mixed dried fruit (currants, 1 lg Egg
6 oz Demerara sugar 11 oz Self raising flour
10 Fluid cold tea

Instructions for Lincolnshire Tea Loaf

Mix together the fruit, sugar and tea and soak overnight. Next day stir in the egg and flour and place mixture in a greased 2lb loaf tin or two 1lb tins.
