Lindas Cake Ingredients

1 cn (16 oz) sliced peaches; save 1 tb Baking powder
1 cn (16 oz) sliced pears; save 1 ts Salt
1 cn (20 oz) pineapple chunks; 1/3 c Vegetable oil
Brown sugar 2 Eggs
Margarine 2 ts Vanilla
2 1/2 c Flour Vegetable oil spray
2 c Sugar

Instructions for Lindas Cake

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13" cake pan. Drain fruit, saving the juice. Arrange the fruit on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the fruit with the amount of brown sugar desired and pieces of margerine. Mix 1 1/2 cup of the saved fruit juices with the remaining ingredients. Spread out over the top of the fruit. Bake approximately 35-40 minutes until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. recipe made by my wife.
