Linguine Gamberini (Garlic Shrimp Sauce) Ingredients

1 lb Shrimp; peeled, deveined 1/2 c Dry Marsala
3 Cloves garlic; finely minced 1 c Chicken broth
1 Onion; finely chopped 1/2 c Italian parsley; minced
3 tb Olive oil Salt and pepper
2 tb Flour 1 lb Linguine

Instructions for Linguine Gamberini (Garlic Shrimp Sauce)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add onion and cook until transparent, stirring occasionally. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Whisk in the broth, wine and parsley. Bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Lower heat to medium and add shrimp; cook until shrimp are just pink and done.
