Lisas Greek Burgers Ingredients

3/4 c Yogurt	1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Chopped red onion	1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 tb Cgopped cucumber	1/2 ts Red pepper
1 ts Mint flakes	1 tb Red wine
1/2 ts Marjoram	Lettuce
1/2 ts Cumin	Tomato
1/2 ts Oregano

Instructions for Lisas Greek Burgers

Assemble the above ingredients on grilled hamburgers and rolls. I was very impressed with how this sauce turned out. Ive never made anything like it before, but I tried it on my hamburger, and it tasted just like the sauce they use at On a Roll in Madison when they make their Souvlaki Beef Gyros. Mmmmm.
