Quick To Fix Southwestern Rice Ingredients
2 c Water
1 cn (15-16 oz)
black beans
;
1 Jar; (8-oz) chunky salsa
1 cn (11-oz)
corn
with red and
2 c Quick-cooking
rice
; uncooked
Tortilla
chips; (optional)
Instructions for Quick To Fix Southwestern Rice
Combine water and salsa in large skillet over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Stir in rice, beans and corn. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork; serve immediately with tortilla chips if desired. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 667 by "Karen Coe"
