Low-Fat Muffins with Variations Ingredients

CRANBERRY ORANGE MUFFINS 1/4 c Sugar
1 c Self rising flour 1/2 c Frozen blueberries; left
1/2 c Dried cranberries 1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Sugar BANANA MUFFINS
1/4 ts Cinnamon 1 c Self rising flour
1/2 c Orange juice 1/4 c Sugar
BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 1 Banana; mash
1 c Self rising flour 1 Jar Banana baby food juice

Instructions for Low-Fat Muffins with Variations

(Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add juice and stir just until blended. Put in muffin cups and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 min.) I always double the recipe.
