Lus Red Onion Salsa Ingredients

1 1/2 c Red onion; finely chopped 2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 md Tomato; finely chopped 1 tb Olive oil
4 Green onions; chopped 1 ts Soy sauce
4 Cloves garlic; minced 1/4 ts Cayenne
1/4 c Lemon juice Tortilla chips
2 tb Lemon juice

Instructions for Lus Red Onion Salsa

Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips iin a glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours but not longer than 2 days.
